How Does the SlotPesa Lucky Wheel Work?

A new chance to win is waiting every 12 hours.

The SlotPesa Lucky Wheel gives eligible players an opportunity to spin the wheel and receive a randomly selected result. Depending on where the wheel stops, you may receive a cash prize, Free Spins or another result displayed on the wheel.

Here is how the Lucky Wheel works and how you can use your next spin.

What Is the SlotPesa Lucky Wheel?

The Lucky Wheel is a reward feature available on SlotPesa. The wheel contains several sections, with each section showing a possible result. These may include:

💸 Cash prizes
🆓 spins
❌ A “Try Next Time” result

Once you start the spin, the wheel turns and stops on one of the available sections. The section selected by the wheel determines your result.

How Often Can You Spin?

An eligible Lucky Wheel spin becomes available every 12 hours. After using your available spin, you will need to wait until the next one becomes active. The countdown shows how much time remains before you can spin again.

Remember to check your account regularly so you do not miss your next opportunity.

How to Spin the Lucky Wheel

Using the Lucky Wheel is simple:

1️⃣ Log in to your SlotPesa account.
2️⃣ Open the Lucky Wheel.
3️⃣ Check whether your next spin is available.
4️⃣ Press the spin button.
5️⃣ Wait for the wheel to stop and reveal your result.

If the countdown is still active, return when the waiting period has ended.

What Can You Receive?

The wheel may include different rewards, such as:

💸 TZS 500
1 🆓 Spin
3 🆓 Spins
5 🆓 Spins
10 🆓 Spins

The wheel may also stop on Try Next Time, which means no reward is received from that spin. You can return when your next spin becomes available. The result of every spin is selected by the Lucky Wheel. A previous result does not determine what you will receive next.

How Do Free Spins Work?

If the wheel stops on a Free Spins reward, the number shown on the selected section will be credited according to the applicable Lucky Wheel conditions. Free Spins may be available for selected games. Check your account and the Lucky Wheel information to see where your reward can be used and whether it has an expiry period. Use your Free Spins before they expire.

How Do Cash Rewards Work?

If the wheel stops on a cash reward, the amount shown on the selected section will be credited according to the applicable conditions. After the spin, check your account balance or transaction history to confirm the reward. If the reward does not appear or you need assistance, contact SlotPesa Customer Support.

What Does “Try Next Time” Mean?

Not every spin provides a cash prize or Free Spins. If the wheel stops on Try Next Time, no reward is credited from that spin. However, you can return after the 12-hour waiting period and use your next available spin. Every spin is a new opportunity, and previous results do not affect future spins.
