What Is Daily Cashback?

Daily Cashback returns part of your eligible daily losses to your SlotPesa account.

It is calculated using the Net Deposit Model. This means the calculation considers the real money you deposited, the amount you withdrew and your eligible gaming activity during the day.

Cashback is available only for real-money play. Activity involving bonuses or promotional funds does not count.

How Can You Earn Cashback?

To qualify for Daily Cashback, you need to:

✔️ Make a deposit during the day
✔️ Have total deposits higher than your withdrawals
✔️ Place real-money bets on eligible games
✔️ Finish the day with an eligible loss

Only games included in the Cashback Games list count towards the calculation. You can view the eligible games directly from the Cashback section of your account.

Cashback does not apply to live casino games, bonuses, Free Spins or tournaments.

How Much Cashback Can You Receive?

Eligible players can receive 10% Daily Cashback based on their qualifying activity.

The minimum cashback amount that can be collected in one day is TZS 500.

Your final cashback amount depends on your net deposits, eligible real-money play and actual daily losses.

When Does Cashback Become Available?

Your eligible activity is calculated every 24 hours.

Cashback earned from the previous day’s play will appear in your Cashback Balance at 04:00 AM the following day.

You can also review approved cashback entries in your transaction history and cashback dashboard.

How Do You Transfer Your Cashback?

To transfer cashback to your main balance, you must have at least TZS 200 available in your Cashback Balance.

Once the required amount is available, follow these steps:

✔️ Log in to your SlotPesa account.
✔️ Open the Cashback section.
✔️ Check your available cashback amount.
✔️ Select Move to My Balance.
✔️ Transfer the amount to your main account balance.

Once transferred, the cashback is ready to use immediately. There are no additional wagering requirements.

Do Not Miss the 48-Hour Deadline

Cashback must be transferred to your main balance within 48 hours after it becomes available.

If you do not move it within this period, it will expire automatically. Expired cashback cannot be restored, so remember to check your Cashback Balance regularly.

What Activity Does Not Count?

Daily Cashback does not apply to:

❌ Bonus play
❌ Free Spins
❌ Tournament activity
❌ Games outside the Cashback Games list

Cashback may also be denied or cancelled if an account is connected to fraudulent or suspicious activity, including multiple accounts, bonus abuse or collusion.
